Sayur Asem Stew - Traditionally a soup from Indonesia, we have taken inspiration from the original recipe and made our delicious vegan version! This tangy stew contains jackfruit, beans and vegetables combined with tamarind.
Nasi Goreng - This popular Indonesian fried rice dish is made with fresh vegetables stir fried in high heat with Sambal sauce and white rice.
