Golden Turmeric Latte

Burnout is real this time of year. Many of us have been firing on all cylinders trying to manage COVID, holiday obligations and the never ending to-do-lists. If you are looking for something to support you in winding down while boosting your immune system this is the beverage for you!

Not only will it support your immunity but it is anti-inflammatory and delicious. Here are the easy to follow steps and what you will need!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 + 1/4 cup cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any plant milk)

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • pinch of black pepper (to help absorb the curcumin in turmeric)

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat and whisk all ingredients together on medium heat in a small sauce pan until smooth and hot. All the ingredients should combine nicely
