Below is a description of how we make each component of the Moroccan bowl!
Moroccan Chickpea Braise - This is delicious braise with deep. flavours of cumin and coriander. Chickpeas are cooked with tomatoes and onions in a spiced broth.
Spiced Beets - Fresh red beets are sautéed with mild spices to make for a delicious side!
Lemon Couscous - We mix couscous with lemon juice and add some raisins for some natural sweetness.
