The Rasta Bowl is inspired by Jamaican cuisine. At the centre we have Jerk spiced kidney bean stew with aromatic rice pilaf. Paired with a sweet and tangy plantain tomato chutney and stir fry cabbage & peppers.

Below is a description of how we make each component of the Rasta bowl!
Jamaican Rice & Beans - Red Kidney beans are cooked with coconut milk and an authentic Jamaican Jerk spice blend.
Plantain & Tomato Chutney - This lip-smacking sweet and tangy chutney is made with fresh tomatoes and plantains.
Cabbage & Pepper - Bell Peppers and green cabbage are sautéed together with aromatic spices to make a simple veggie side that compliments the meal perfectly.
